Our gite, 'Villa des Remparts', is ideally located in Dinan's 'District Historique' offering spactacular views of the internationally famous medieval ramparts and half-timbered buildings that have made Dinan the most popular destination in Brittany.
With its perfect location in the Historic Centre, this recently restored 18C stone town villa is now a unique 'gite' that features a Grand Salon with stone fireplace, polished terracotta tile floors, high ceilings and tall windows. There's a separate Breton style eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with antique French pine dresser, table and local granite worktop. A grand staircase leads up to 3 airy quiet bedrooms (one 4-poster)with oak floors and rampart views. A large tiled bathroom with over-sized shower and double sinks. There is an additional half bathroom on the ground floor. Free parking at the back of the Villa next to the traditional 'Boules' court and barbecue terrace.
