A 19th century farmhouse located between Todi and Montefalco on the Sagrantino Wine Route, La Casetta Rosa has been completely updated to provide the utmost in vacation comfort. Two villages nearby offer groceries, newsstands, coffee bars, gasoline, pizzerias and restaurants.

Inside, there are two floors filled with antiques, art we've collected around the world in the diplomatic service, and comfy beds and sofas. Satellite TV, stereo, DVD, WiFi, washer, all kitchen appliances, linens (including pool towels), ceiling fans, window screens, two living areas, small breakfast room.

There are three bedrooms which sleep 6-8 -- the master with queen sized bed, the yellow room with Virginia twins and ensuite bath (this bedroom is on the ground floor), and the light-filled third bedroom, with twin beds, balcony and sofa that makes into two more twin beds. There are sleeper sofas in both living rooms. Just bring your clothes -- we have a library of good books to entertain you, along with DVDs and a piano.

Outside, in lavender- scented air, relax in the environmentally friendly pool with a view of rolling hills and medieval villages. Find a secret bench to read a book or contemplate life. Have all your meals outside if you wish, enjoying silence broken only by bird calls.

The house is perfect for couples, groups of friends or families. Crib provided upon request. Lounge chairs, beautiful ceramic table on stone terrace and outdoor fireplace. Private courtyard for parking.

We can arrange private cook, extra maid service, cooking lessons, yoga, ceramic lessons, truffle hunts, and more. Take day trips easily to Perugia, Todi, Montefalco, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Orvieto and more. Fantastic restaurants and wineries along the Sagrantino Wine Route.
