Built 2008! The Caribbean Island has 3,219 sqft/ 2,422 under central A/C plus 1,755 pool plus lanai area on a 13,200 sqft lot with tropical garden.

This is not a regular rental! Owners use the house for vacation/retirement. Southern exposure on a 200' saltwater canal with Caribbean landscaping in the quite but central Golf-Club Area in SE Cape Coral.

No long distances and NO mosquitoes as in the SW of Cape Coral! Please be informed that the house is in the South East of Cape Coral. The South West of Cape Coral is close to the nature preserve and there are usually many mosquitoes, no see-ums (that will come through the creen cages) and cow-flies. People who are allergic should think about that!!

The Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe offers open style living area style with kitchen/serving bar, dining, panorama-window, cathedral ceiling. It is allergy-friendly with ceramic tiled floors throughout.

We offer W-LAN High-speed Internet at no cost.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Price for 2 adults + 11% tax, each additional adult USD 110 + tax. Minimum stay 1 week, 2 weeks over Easter and Christmas -
Please compare the price and what you get for it! The complete width of the house behind is a terrace, plenty of space with an oversized pool with one if a kind screenwindow for a free view! As we (private owners) use the house, too, the equipment is excellent. Rates in US $/week 2 adults +2 kids 12: USD1580 - USD1850 or EUR1150 - EUR1350. Please find a detailed price list under the link to us all the way down on the right side where you can see virtual tours also. Minimum 2 weeks stay is required during Easter and Christmas. Maximum occupation: 6 adults plus 2 children. Rate includes: Bedding, hand-, shower- and beach towels, service for pool and garden, garbage collection, basic charge for TV and telephone, local calls, water, gas (grill), W-LAN high-speed Internet access, service of bilingual property manager (German and English). Cleaning charge: $130 up to 2 people, 2 people $150 to be paid to the property manager. Electricity: $25 per week is already included in the rental rate
