The Villa Palm Tree is designed for all those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday. This holiday villa impresses through his open floor plan with plenty of room to relax.

The house is surrounded by canals in the southwest of Cape Coral. Sunny hours you could expect on the south facing pool terrace with a solar heated pool. Because of its quiet location, in a friendly and attractive neighborhood the Palm Tree Villa is an ideal place for families with children.

Palm Tree Villa is a home to feel good. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 Master Bedroom with a King bed, 2 Queen size Bed Rooms, one bed room with 2 Twin Beds and a Pool Bath. A modern furnished living and dining room, and an additional breakfast area. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer are also available, as well as a children bed and chair for our smaller guests.
Villa Palm Tree features High-speed Internet access (wifi), telephone (free local calls) and Sat TV (Dish Network), five bikes to discover the Cape Coral area and a Basketball Hoop.
The screened Patio invites you to relax as well as having a BBQ.

The home is not far away located from grocery stores or shopping malls which are even convenient available by bike.

High Season: 1 Dec - 30 Apr - $630/week ($90/night)
Low Season: 1 May - 30 Nov - $560/week ($80/night)
Rates including 11% (Sales Tax: 6%, Tourist Tax: 5%)
Long term rates are available too, please ask.
Rates are up to 2 Persons per week. Each additional person $11 per night. Children (max 4) below a age of 12 are free. Incl. 250KWH for elect./week. Each additional KWH $0,15 will be deducted from the security deposit. Due to the solar heating system for the pool a huge increase on your electric consumption should be avoided.
