This 4-bed, 5-bath loft is The Presidential Loft. It sleeps up to 8, and can be rented for short or long-term stays. The Suites

With 4 independent hotel-style suites, The Presidential Loft sleeps up to 8 people. The Emperor Suite features a free-standing porcelain tub built for two, double vanity, double shower and king-size bed. Two King Suites feature a king-size bed and double shower, and a Queen Suite offers a double shower and queen-size bed. Further privatized by M4 soundproofed walls, all suites feature beds with a memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort, streamlined work desk, smart TV, and unlimited wifi.

The Presidential Loft

A private elevator opens into 3,500 square feet of pure entertainment space. Sleek, modular, fun, and functional, there’s a chef’s kitchen with 24-foot long quartz bar that seats up to 20, with fitted sinks at both ends. Behind the 10’ kitchen cabinets are 2 digital fridges with individual wine cellars, 2 convection ovens, a 46” flatscreen TV, dishware and table settings for 24. The rest of the space consists of modern, fully modular sofas and oversized ottomans that can be easily configured, around the 80” smart TV for a hockey game, or any way you choose. The soundtrack is provided by a SONOS surround sound system, with control app for mobile phones and tablets.

The Holland Hotel is located in a historic building along St. Catherine Street, Montreal’s main downtown artery and commercial strip. The building features private elevator access and prime location within the strip’s ground-floor retail shopping.

Considered a ‘Walkers Paradise’ with a Walkscore of 100, The Holland gives you access to the pulsating heart of downtown, with fantastic, easy-to-reach options in every direction. Located on St. Catherine Street near Peel, in the heart of the action, this is where Montreal’s biggest commercial strip runs both above and below ground. Shopping complexes like Ogilvy’s, Complex Les Ailes, department store, La Maison Simons, Eaton Centre, and the Cours Mont-Royal line the street and offer high-end name brand fashion. Other retailers include the Apple Store, La Senza, HMV, Chapters, Indigo Books and many more.

Serviced by the Peel Metro station, guests have direct access to even more shopping through Montreal’s underground network that links the city’s biggest commercial towers and public spaces. *** A security deposit of $ 1500 CAD (released by credit card) will be issued on the day of your arrival to your unit.

* Housekeeping fees: 150,00 CAD$. Please note that CAD$ 100.00 additional apply to housekeeping fees for any higher occupancy to 4 people.

Information for your Stay

1) Arrival time
Please note that check-in begins at 3pm and ends at no later than 9pm.
No exceptions will be made unless otherwise authorized in advance.
By default, your arrival time is set at 3pm.

Upon your arrival, an agent will greet you at the unit to issue you keys and complete an inventory of fixtures. To avoid unnecessary waiting times, it is crucial to communicate your approximate arrival with your representative.
In the event that your arrival time is after 9pm, please contact your representative who will try to accommodate you as best as possible.

2) At your arrival
To avoid unnecessary waiting times, please be sure to call us 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the apartment (either while leaving the airport or after clearing the Canada Border).
Please note that an additional 30 minutes of flexibility should be added to your appointment time, depending on immediate availability of our representatives. Many thanks in advance for your comprehension in this matter.


Once we receive your phone call, a Simplissimmo agent will make their way to your unit to meet you. Once you meet up with your Simplissimmo agent, your keys to the apartment will be given to you as well as any magnetic passes or remotes needed to access the building and the parking garage, if you have parking included in your reservation contract. The agent will also have your reservation contract (which is initially provided to you once your reservation has been confirmed on AirBnB along with your booking confirmation and updated statement) that both parties will need to sign. Additionally, you will be asked to allow a pre-authorization of 1000$CAD which will give you access to your ‘welcome letter’. This document serves to provide you will of the important information and instructions pertaining to your arrival and stay with us.

3) During your stay
Please respect the building’s codes of conduct at all times and any guidelines set out by the Co-Owners Association regarding upkeep and maintenance.

It is important to note that while all of our apartments are fully furnished and include many services, we do not provide laundry detergent or a set list of daily cleaning products. You may find them in your apartment as an added bonus.

4) Departure time
Departure time is 12pm.
In the event that you would like to depart earlier, it is vital that you communicate with your agent in order to ensure that there is an agent available to collect the keys.

A Simplissimmo representative will meet you directly at the apartment to collect the keys. We kindly ask you to remember not to leave any trash in the apartment or dirty dishes in the sink in order to avoid lingering smells for future guests.
Final inventory of fixtures will be performed during unit housekeeping.
