Privately owned luxury condo located in the South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community, on Marco's famous white sand crescent beach with walking paths throughout. Our condo is exceptionally well equiped for your comfort with many extras.

Property Details

Our 304 condo has had extensive upgrades in Oct 2009. These upgrades include all new tiles in the entire condo, all new area rugs, new comfort height toilets, lighting fixtures, pots, pans, towels, baseboards and entire unit painted.

Apartment 304 in Tower III is a front to back unit and is 1132 sq. ft. The master bedroom and living room have a long view down the beach. This apartment is not overlooking the pool and therefore tends to be a little quieter during the peak season. The bedrooms are also in a front to back position with two bathrooms between them. This offers more privacy in the bedrooms. Since this apartment is on a lower floor you also can enjoy the palm trees swaying in the breeze as well as view the beach. The apartment faces Southwest.

We have made sure that our condo is very well stocked. We have constantly upgraded both the furnishings and equipment that is included in our condo. This is our home and when we are there we add whatever amenities we would have if we were at our permanent residence. The only thing that you need to bring with you are your clothes and personal items!

Microwave, coffee maker, popcorn popper, blender, mixer, toaster, salad spinner, and an abundant supply of dishes, silverware, pots and pans make it unnecessary to constantly wash supplies to keep you in stock. There are even crystal wine glasses for that special bottle of wine.

Beach Supplies Include:

Towels, chairs, umbrellas, totes, coolers, beach toys, and a Beach Cart to carry all the supplies to the beach.

Children's Supplies Include:

Sip cups, eating utensils, books, video tapes, and sand toys.

Rental Policy

Add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee and $20 parking/registration fee. Cleaning fee included and no extra charge for high speed internet access.
