The villa have in the 1st floor an open terrace with barbeque, two bedrooms (one with double bed and private bathroom and the other with two single beds), two rooms in the form of two floors with private bathroom (with a bed of couple and the other with two single beds), kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances - stove, oven, microwave, washing machines and dishwashers and fridge - the dining room and living room with television and fireplace. Outside the villa is a magnificent swimming pool (8 mx 4 m approx. And varying the depth of 1.1 to 1.7 m) with surrounding area of sidewalk and garden and a barbeque. The villa is equipped with bed linen and towels, cleaning and replacement of laundry is done once a week.
Rental Policy
For booking guarantee a 50% of total amount deposit is required ( Bank Transfer ).
Last 50% during check-in procedures with a caution cheque of €400.00 that delivered to the costumer if any damages occured in the villa.
Arrival Times
Check-in must be done from 4 p.m. Check-out must be done until 12 o'clock.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Rates per day;
Booking charge = 50% total amount
Check-in = the other 50%
Caution cheque = € 400 ( which is delivered upon check-out if no damage on the Villa occurs).
