Fully furnished the one bedroom guest apartment mixes the old with the new. Stone steps through the garden, tile floors and counter tops mix with the modern amenities of Dish TV and DSL. There is a free lending library, beach chairs and towels, for your relaxing Caribbean holiday. The Cottage is at tree top level with an expansive view and large private deck. At the rain water fed pool there is a large shaded pavilion for you choice of tanning or cooling and relaxing in the shale. Perfect for dips, napping or reading, from this perch watch Red Tail Hawks floating in the sky above and, in season, look for humpback whales basking on the water's surface. The Cottage offers a King size four poster bed, 3'x 7' glass wall in the shower given you the feeling of an outdoor shower while the convenience of being inside. A full size refrigerator in the compact kitchen offers you the ability to cook a full meal or just stock those treats to take on your beach and hiking trips. Between your private deck and the pool you tanning hours will be more then enough to show off to your friends when you return. (clothing is optional as the Cottage is that private.)

The balance due of your rent, and 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Refunds
Requests for any changes to your rental or cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel earlier than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund less 50% (of total rent) administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days prior to your arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of 100% rental fee, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. If your dates are rebooked at the same rate, then you will be subject to a 25% of the total rental fee administrative charge. Hotel Tax and damage deposits are fully refundable at any time upon cancellation. Any funds received will first be applied to the rental and then to Hotel Tax, and damage deposit.

Rental Rate Notes
Shorter stays may be requested and rates negotiated. Make this the first of many visits to your secret hideout in paradise. All returning guests will be granted the previous year's rate for similar seasonal time. This is our way of welcoming you back. Additional days can be added to the minium one week stay.
