This condo offers you all the comforts of home, decorated in the colorful style synonomous of Mexico.
Master bedroom and living room glass doors open wide to the balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool area and the beach. Poolside there is a large B.B.Q. or we have one on the balcony.
Air conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms.Master bedroom is "en suite" and has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two full size beds.
The large living room has, t.v.and vcr dvd etc, we also include HIGH SPEED INTERNET for your laptop computer.
The dining room is beautiful and seats six around the table.
To enjoy this condo all you need to bring are your clothes and bathing suits, everything else is provided.
Maid service is twice a week.
24 hour security.
Laundry room with washer and dryer off the kitchen.I provide your laundry soap.
We prefer our guests to be mature adults, or families with well behaved children over 8 years of age.

Rental Policy

minimum stay 5 days.

Deposit is 30% at time of booking, balance plus refundable damage deposit of $250.00 due 30 days prior to occupancy.
