Oceanfront S. Kihei, Maui condo located between Maui's two finest beaches. Enjoy the soft golden sand of Kamaole I & II Beaches, swim or snorkel in our warm, crystal clear blue water, or relax and watch whales, sea turtles and gorgeous Maui sunsets from your own private lanai.

Furnished 2br/2ba condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, 1 dbl + 1 twins in second bedroom, plus queen sleeper sofa in living room. 2 flat screen cable TVs, DVD, free high speed WiFi internet included. Resort offers direct access to Kamaole II Beach, pool, gas BBQs & free parking. We also provide coolers & beach towels for your enjoyment.

Golden sandy beaches, world championship Wailea golf courses, shopping, luau's, fine dining & restaurants, swimming, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, Molokini Crater, Mt. Haleakala, bike riding, hiking, Maui Aquarium are all on-site or nearby.

Rental Policy

Rates based on 4 guests.
Maximum 6 guests.
Extra guests $10 each.

14 night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for availability between bookings. Call (760)519-8203 or email to inquire.
Add one time $100 cleaning fee & 12.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
