Property Description

A staffed beachfront villa with a private 50-foot lap pool, tennis and croquet courts, garden areas to read and relax. Our staff will cook and serve all (delicious!) meals, and help arrange visits to area attractions. Panoramic view from patio

Property Details

Villa Hikaru sits on a sandy knoll with a commanding view.
All rooms are screened and air-conditioned.
Our staff will shop (on your instruction) for groceries, and prepare and serve three meals a day except for one mid-week 'cook's night out'.
You can visit with local fishermen; take trips to sea to Black River or the nearby Fishermen's Reef restaurant on pilings offshore; visit YS Falls or the Appleton Rum Factory. See www.treasurebeach.com for more South Coast details.

Rental Policy

50% deposit is returnable on cancellation less than 3 months in advance for most bookings, six months in peak periods.

Arrival Times

Arrive after lunch; leave in mid-morning. Our staff does not usually serve mid-day meals on arrival or departure day.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rate is for up to four; add 10% each additional person up to 8.
50% deposit to establish booking; balance due six weeks before arrival.
