Outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue and parking space. The cleaning is carried out from 1 to 3 once a week with replacement of linen and towels once a week
Rental Policy
For booking guarantee a 50% of total amount deposit is required ( Bank Transfer ).
Last 50% during check-in procedures with a caution cheque of €400.00 that delivered to the costumer if any damages occured in the villa.

Check-in must be done from 4 p.m. Check-out must be done until 12 o'clock.

Caution cheque = €400 ( which is delivered upon check-out if no damage on the Villa occurs).
