Nestled between a coastal rock formation and sandy beach is Serendipity: a secluded, three bedroom beach side villa complete with its own private dock. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic views of North Sound and neighboring islands, while the warm and gentle mesmerizing sea laps against the shore.

Serendipity has accommodations for six guests, The air conditioned master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, private bathroom and private patio. The second bedroom has a king bed and ceiling fan, and the third bedroom is air conditioned with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The bright and spacious open style living and dining areas with high ceiling are adjacent to the airy kitchen. The classic breakfast bar opens onto a wrap around balcony. The open Caribbean style floor plan with native tile and decorations make island living easy and convenient.

The stairway down to the dock has access to the sheltered beach front patio with a stone barbeque The private dock is ready for a motor dinghy or small sailboat. Excellent snorkeling is right off the beach with views of brilliantly colored tropical fish and coral. Next to the beach is a large rock outcropping where iguanas gather to get some sunshine.

Guests of Serendipity have complimentary use of the pool, tennis court and water sports facilities at the Leverick Bay Resort, just a short stroll away.
