Fully furnished for 2. Furnishings include dinner and cookware, microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator and oven, linens are stocked for bed and bath. Includes all utilities including satellite TV with HBO, Showtime, STRZ etc. and internet. Owners live on site and are easily accessible.

Centrally located, stroll to historic Corey Avenue, shop at quaint boutiques, eat at the best restaurants, or enjoy the Sunday Morning market. Walk to St. Pete Beach’s recently completed community center with a waterside pool and fitness room or shop at the grocery or drugstore around the corner. Travel to some of the Florida hot spots – Disneyworld, SeaWorld, Universal in Orlando- 90 minutes: Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, in Tampa – 30 minutes: Weeki Wache, Sarasota, - 60 minutes: or stay close to home and visit Salvador Dali Museum, the world famous Pier, Fort Desoto, John’s Pass and much more.

Rental Policy

$400 Weekly/2 week minimum
*Fall and Winter: Nov 1 – April 30 ---- $1400 a month
*Spring and Summer: May 1 – October 31 ---- $1200 a month

$300 Deposit upon booking.
Full payment for 2 months or less should be received 10 business days before stay. If booking for 3 or more months, first and last should be rendered 10 business days, prior to booking date. January- May is available.
