This one shown on the front is a 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a fun packed game room with pool table and arcade games. The nicely furnished and decorated living room, has a wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD and deck. The kitchen is well stocked for gourmet dinners, and the game room has a pool table and arcade machine. This house is in great location-minutes to Bear Mountain (about 1 mile) or Snow Summit, yet close to the lake or village shops. No smoking and no pets in this one.

We call it "Cougar Haus" and it is large and runs from $300 -$500 per night during prime time and less during the off season. $350 $450 is a typical cost per night for places that sleep 8 people. Middle of the road. some of the luxury units that sleep people start at $600 per night and go up. So be sure to tell us what you're looking for.

Rental Policy

2 night minimum during regular seasons. 4 night minimums at Christmas and New Years. 3 night minimums for any other holidays.

Arrival Times

4:00 PM, but if you get in early, stop by and if it is ready, you can get the keys. We're flexible.
