Located on a quiet street near downtown Palm Springs, just minutes from casinos, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife...Recently beautifully restored, upgraded, furnished, and decorated. This naturally lit and airy ‘Butterfly' profile home with high ceilings has comfortable, contemporary style in good keeping with its celebrated mid-century modern architects, Kriesel and Palmer.

Doors open from the kitchen/great room directly to a partially covered outdoor entertainment area-- the perfect place for outdoor meals or just relaxing and taking in the panoramic mountain views.

Private Swimming Pool and Large Hot Tub. : Adjacent to the patio area is the private large Swimming Pool. Also in the private, resort-like backyard under its own cabana is the large Hot Tub, convenient from the master bedroom suite.

The spacious backyard is surrounded by an aesthetically pleasing tall privacy wall and has a lawn and beautifully planted desertscape gardens. South facing exposure enables full east to west sunshine at the pool throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains. You'll enjoy sunbathing poolside while you gaze in awe at the mountains sometimes covered in snow, just so you'll remember how lucky you are!

World class golf courses (over 100 golf courses within 20 minutes drive, many within 10 minutes drive), tennis courts, hiking, biking, water theme park, Imax theatres, museums, etc. are all nearby. Jan 1- Apr 20: $1695/week, week minimum unless only fewer dates are available (please see availability calendar).

Apr 21- 26. 4 night minimum.

April 29- Dec 19: $1495/week, $495/weekend, $229/night Sun-Thu. 2 night minimum. 3 night minimum and $893/3 nights Labor Day Weekend.

Thanksgiving $1695/week, week minimum.

Dec 20- Dec 31: $1695/week. Xmas and New Year's are each a week minimum.

Jan 1, 2014- Feb 13, 2014: $1495/week, $495/weekend, $229/night Sun-Thu. 2 night minimum.

Feb 14, 2014- April 30, 2014: $1695/week. Week minimum.

Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice until confirmed.

Add 11.5% tax and $150 cleaning.

Linens, towels, spa heat included. Pool heat not included with rates. Optional pool heat paid in advance, $45/night no tax for first 2 nights, then $30/ea additional night or $240/week. Lower rates warmer season, not needed June- Aug.

Rates INCLUDE linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, High Speed Wireless Internet (WiFi Internet), Hot Tub, Swimming Pool maint. Some holidays higher. Week minimum: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Coachella Music Festival. $500 credit card security deposit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks, Wires Accepted. All reservations final.
