"The Stella Del Mare" is a towering, three-story beach mansion with commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. This sprawling mini-resort is located just south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk where Virginia's Outer Banks begin.
Outside, "The Stella Del Mare" provides guests with over 2500 square feet of shade and sundeck areas. The large backyard is fenced for maximum privacy, and just steps away is the pathway leading directly to Sandbridge's beautiful five-mile long beach. Just off the second-story shadedeck is the large, fully enclosed swimmingpool complex. A jetted, 14' X 30' fiberglass pool rests atop and 30' X 50' composite sundeck...adjacent is the new brick bar and grilling patio with its private bath house...a great gathering place for outdoor grilling on the commercial gas grille.
Inside, "The Stella Del Mare" welcomes guests to over 5,000 square feet of space. All rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated and are filled with guest-pleasing amenities.
The eight bedrooms are roomy with lots of storage space and most have great views of either the ocean or of Back Bay. The Grand Master is especially spacious with its private oceanview sundeck and comfortable seating area. Nearby, the Grand Master Bath boasts a jacuzzi tub for two, a separate shower, a vanity with double sinks and a large make-up counter...it also features a panoramic view of the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
The second-floor living area is perfectly laid out for entertaining with a wonderful circular flow. The open, two-story greatroom has buttery-soft leather sofas, a two-story fireplace (not for guest use), a big-screen television and a window-wall with great views of the pool complex and ocean. Adjacent is the expansive dininghall highlighted by a custom-made, 15 foot long marble dining table that will seat all 18 guests. From the dininghall, you can exit either to the shade-porch overlokking the pool, or the southside 800 square foot sundeck with bay or ocean views. As you exit the dininghall, you enter a gamenook set up with a regulation air hockey table complete with electronic scoring tower with sound effects.
Nearby is the eat-on bar that leads into the spacious kitchen with its large work-island. Of course, since you're on vacation, you may choose not to cook...if so, we can have any or all your lunches or dinners catered by Dana Blanton of Margie and Ray's Restaurant...and, delicious seafood is their specialty. She'll gladly deliver party trays, or even a bushel of crabs right to the house.
Guests also enjoy the huge garage/gameroom set up with billiards, ping-pong and foosball complete with overstuffed sofas and an extra refrigerator.

Within five (5) days of booking, 50% of the rental fee is due; the balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
