Indian Wells is 7 miles from the Palm Springs International airport. Indian Wells has been described as the Beverly Hills of the desert. The new International Tennis Stadium, located less than a mile away, has been a tremendous asset to Indian Wells. Several 4 star hotels are in Indian Wells as wells as top line restaurants such as Ruth Chris Steak House. It is adjacent to the famous El Paseo Shopping Street in Pam Desert. The tile roof ranch style house occupies 1/3 rd of an acre with desert landscaping maintained by a gardener. Bi-weekly pool service keeps the private pool in top form. The spacious backyard provides privacy and security by a 6 ft block wall with security gate. Cable service is provided by Time Warner for two televisions, one in living room and 1 in the master bedroom. The living room tv has a DVR and a vhs/dvd. An answer machine to the main phone is in addition to the other two phones. An openness is created for the house by large floor to ceiling corner glass window in the formal dining room. A sliding glass door in the kitchen as well as 4 sliding glass door across the back of the house adds to the openness. A stone fire place enhances the living room.
