Booking deposit (20% of rental fee) is required to make a reservation. 100% Refund of deposits and rental fee if cancellation from 8 weeks or more before arrival. 100%-refundable security deposit required at least 8 weeks before arrival.

Arrival Times

The Orlando Dolphins will be available from 4:00 pm local time on the day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate the property by 10:00 am on the day of your departure, leaving it in a tidy condition to enable our cleaners to prepare for newly arriving guests.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Cleaning fee($110) and 12% taxes included in price. Pool heating:$120/wk extra. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
