Our beautiful 2100 sq ft condominium is located at Orlando's newest luxury resort - Vista Cay at Harbor Square. We can be found in the the heart of all the action.... Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Walt Disney World, Orlando International Airport, Sea World, outlet shopping, Florida and Millenia Malls, downtown Orlando and more..... You can literally walk next door to the Orlando convention center and the award winning Shingle Creek Golf Course.

Vista Cay is located one block from International Drive (with its abundance of shopping and dining experiences), 1 block from the award winning Shingle Creek Golf Course, 15 min. (10 miles) to Disney World, 5 min. (2.5 miles) to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, 5 min. (1 mile) to Sea World, 15 min. (10 miles) to the Orlando Airport (MCO) 15 min. (10 miles) to downtown Orlando, and 1 hour to Daytona, Busch Gardens, Florida's beautiful beaches, the Kennedy Space Center and the Port Canaveral cruise dock.

Rental Policy

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Rates from $125 per night - $179 per night

$200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. (unless you are booking a date less than 4 weeks away - then payment and deposit should be sent as soon as possible)

$200 Pet deposit All pets must be approved!

Check in is: 4:00 PM. Checkout Time is: 11:00 Unless earlier arrangements have been made

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The one-time $80 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

$100 cash referral fee for renters who refer future renters staying at least 7 nights!!
