When you approach the villas there is an ornamental gate with frolicking dolphins and the entire property is walled providing you a sanctuary of peace and relaxation. The driveway meanders through tropical landscaping of indigenous plants of the Turks and Caicos Islands and an explosion of colors from the bountiful bouganvilla plants.

Each villa has two well appointed bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. In the beach level villa the king size bed can be made into two twin beds if this will help to meet your needs. Each bedroom in each villa also has its own private bathroom with a shower.

The second floor villa is located has a private open air furnished veranda allowing panoramic unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Grace Bay Beach and the luxury yachts sailing through the Atlantic Ocean while they are coming into harbor at the nearby Turtle Cove Marina. A scene that is sure to take your breath away.

The first floor villa has a private furnished lanai where you can relax and enjoy the gentle trade winds, admire the tropical gardens, and listen to the hypnotic ocean surf as it laps the shore.

**Rates shown are for renting the entire villa (both the first & second floor)for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We can also rent the villa by individual floors at a lesser rate. Check in time is 4 PM. Arrival can be on any day of the week. If guests need to arrive earlier please let us know in advance and we will make every effort to meet your needs
