This two bedroom two bath condo faces south for warm southern exposure. It has a spectacular ocean view from the balcony and both bedrooms. It's located in an ocean front resort with Olympic size heated pool, elevators, and laundry facilities

New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions. It's a half hour from Daytona International Speedway.

You have three airports to choose from: Orlando International (1.2 hours), Orlando Sanford International (45 min.), or Daytona Beach International (25 min).

This condo is located at Point East Ocean Front Condominium Resort, 3801 South Atlantic Ave. #309, New Smyrna Beach on the top 3rd floor near the elevator. It has a spectacular ocean view to the east overlooking the courtyard and pool from the south facing balcony. Point East is in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety. You have a car-free beach to enjoy. This beautifully decorated condo has a king size pillowtop bed in the maste suite, TWO FULL SIZE beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are also two new recliners. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances and a pass through bar to the dining area. The bar has two stools and the dinette has four chairs. It's family friendly with beach toys, beach gear, sports equipment, indoor family games, and a selection of books and music in the mini library.
It's equipped with a 40" flat screen Cable TV/DVD, in the living room and Cable TV in BOTH BEDROOMS. You also have private wireless Internet service throughout the condo. It has a well stocked kitchen for family meal planning. It has tiled floors throughout so it's exceptionally clean and sanitary.

The resort is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The resort has a security gate to the beach which is just a few steps from the ocean front pool and shuffleboard court. We also have a kiddie pool and covered pavilion for small parties. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise from your balcony.

Rental Policy

Security Deposit of $200 required to book reservation. It's returned after you vacate. Rent is due and payable on day of arrival in the form of cash, Traveler's Checks, Cashier's Check, or Money Order

Arrival Times

Check-in is after 2:00 P.M. Check-out is before 10:00 A.M.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Four night minimum stay, $150 security deposit, $80 cleaning fee. Rates and deposits may be higher during holidays and special events
